Our Mission

The Ohio Society for Paranormal Investigation is a group of professionals who have dedicated their lives to helping others. We are a non-profit organization and a small group of friends who share two important things in our lives; involvement in public safety and an interest in the paranormal. Every one of us have been involved in either the fire or EMS field for a number of years and we believe that this experience allows us to bring unique and valuable skills to every investigation. We can bring knowledge of possible environmental and medical factors to each case, combined with the scientific method of investigation that has been brought to the forefront by some of the most respected groups in the field.

As fire and medical professionals we are well versed in respecting our patients privacy. OSPI would like to assure you that the same respect to privacy you have received from us during your time of medical crisis will be given during our investigations. No image, video, or audio recording will be reproduced or posted without your permission. No details of your case will be discussed outside of our small group or reprinted without your permission. We strive to maintain respect and dignity for your personal situation and no aspect of an investigation will be completed without your permission. We also promise continued support and that if we can't help you we will find someone who can. We look forward to helping you in what can be a difficult and often frightening time.
